Pickup can be arranged from your Vancouver hotel or from YVR any time of day or night.

All regular Whistler shuttles have a minimum of 14 seats but 24 and 30 passenger shuttles are also available on request.

16 - 24 Passenger Shuttle - 24 Passengers with minimal luggage, 16 passengers with maximum luggage:

• YVR to Whistler from $900
• Downtown Vancouver to Whistler $900
• Whistler to YVR/Vancouver $900

• YVR to Whistler - We will welcome you to Vancouver at the International or Domestic arrivals area and help you with your luggage. In Whistler, we will deliver right to your hotel or residence.
• Vancouver to Whistler - We will meet you at your hotel, residence or place of business anywhere in Richmond or Vancouver. Pick-up can be arranged from elsewhere in Metro Vancouver.
• Whistler to YVR/Vancouver - We will meet you at your hotel, residence or place of business anywhere in Whistler and deliver you directly to YVR departure level or your downtown Vancouver hotel. Drop off can be arranged elsewhere in Metro Vancouver.

*What is a Departure Guarantee?

Life happens. Flights can be delayed, missed, or cancelled and you don't want your shuttle to leave without you! We guarantee that if any of these situations happen your shuttle will be there for you when you're there.

We monitor flights throughout the day so delays don't require any communication from you. We ask that if your flight information changes or if you miss your flight that you let us know via phone, text, or email as soon as you can. Should your new departure time conflict with our schedule, alternative solutions will be presented. Due to the nature of these trips, we cannot guarantee a refund when your shuttle time is missed. 

**We make every effort to make your desired stops along the way. Some stops cannot be accommodated on demand. Please let us know where you'd like to go upon booking and we will let you know if it is possible and if there is an additional charge.
